How much does outsourcing to the Philippines cost?

We use a transparent salary + fixed service fee model. The total cost depends on the salary we negotiate with the candidate. You choose from shortlisted candidates based on skills and value. Most clients save up to 75% compared to hiring locally.

Who is the legal employer of the staff?

Outsourced is the legal employer of the staff we provide. We handle all employment contracts, payroll, government-mandated benefits, tax compliance, and HR administration in accordance with local labour laws in each country where we operate.

While you manage the day-to-day tasks and performance of your offshore team, we take care of the legal and administrative responsibilities, ensuring full compliance and minimising your risk. This structure allows you to build and manage your dedicated team without needing to establish a local entity.
