Job Description

  • Prepare, post monthly journal entries, and perform reconciliation for various financial statement line items including, but not limited to, cash, investments, prepaid, fixed assets, leases, and accruals.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statement and annual reporting
  • Preparation of key accounts flux analysis for management review
  • Consolidation of inter-company transactions and reconcile to corporate and our divisions
  • Assist with state income, sales and use tax filings as well as queries
  • Support the completion of both external quarterly/annual audits and compliance reviews
  • Research and provide recommendations on accounting matters and document in accounting memos
  • Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures for financial management and accounting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, CPA preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience with public company accounting experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience in applying GAAP, operational procedures, and internal controls; experience with IFRS accounting standards a plus
  • Experience with financial close and audit is required
  • Experience with SOX is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting ERP systems, SAP Business One and/or S4 Hana is a plus
  • Prior experience in a high-growth high tech/HW/software/SaaS organization
  • Prior experience working at a Pre-IPO or PE owned company

  • Presentation Skills:  Effective in a variety of presentation settings including internal one-on-one, small and large groups, as well as with partners and investors
