Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our offshore team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our order processing and dispatch workflows by ensuring accurate and timely entry of critical information into our systems. You’ll be working closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order handling from start to finish.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into our internal system based on incoming order details.
• Transcribe key information from pick slips provided by the pick and pack team.
• Process dispatch documents and update delivery data to reflect order status.
• Trigger essential actions such as sales order releases and invoice generation.
• Communicate proactively with team members when clarification or issue resolution is needed.
• Maintain strict data integrity and ensure that all entries are completed without error.
• Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing data-related best practices

 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflows.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded).
• Previous background in data entry, order processing, or logistics support.
• Interest in the food and beverage or distribution industry.
• A proactive mindset and desire to contribute to a fast-growing company.

 
Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
