Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to our customers and patients
- Receiving and processing orders for tailor made medications on the phone
- Answering high volume incoming phone calls
- Hitting daily KPI's and striving to achieve team goals
Requirements: - Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly goal driven and motivated by KPI's
- Experience in a high volume reception or call centre role is beneficial
- Ability to problem solve and always look for opportunities to improve
- Ability to task-switch and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt to innovating changes
- Efficient problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box
Work Location - Home-based
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
