Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Answering large volumes of calls and providing exemplary customer service to field employees resolving any issues at the first opportunity
• Maintaining good relationships with field employees, agencies, and other internal departments
• Managing your own workload and keeping to agreed SLAs
• Identify issues with current operating practice and suggesting ways to improve operating performance.
• Develop new processes and practices to advocate a culture of continuous improvement
• Achieve high survey scores which look to secure “Yes I would recommend“ answers from clients

 
Your ideal experience & competencies

• Ideally you would have a suitable related degree, at least 1 years’ experience as a customer services advisor. Have knowledge of payroll, tax, and compliance.
• You must be able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask. Have excellent attention to detail, have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft office is required.
• Knowledge or experience of speaking to customers on the phone
• Understanding and striving to achieve the values is essential.

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
