Job Summary We are seeking a Remote Member Services Specialist to deliver a high-touch, personalized, and knowledgeable support experience to our members. This role involves handling a wide range of inquiries, from basic membership and benefit-related troubleshooting to more complex requests requiring research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to members via phone and other communication channels.
- Research and respond to member inquiries with a strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Consistently exceed member expectations by providing personalized and proactive support.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively across multiple platforms and systems.
- Continuously evaluate the member experience and recommend improvements to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and service quality metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and improve service delivery.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of customer service, member services, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to support cross-functional teams as business needs arise.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new technologies and systems.
