Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly capable AI Enablement Consultant to join our Innovation Team. This client-facing role is responsible for guiding clients in identifying, implementing, and maximising the use of AI tools to enhance productivity within their offshore teams. In addition to client enablement, the role will work cross-functionally with our internal operations, support, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to drive AI adoption, improve workflows, and deliver training through our Learning Management System (LMS).



Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary AI advisor for clients, helping them identify the right AI tools to support and augment their offshore teams.
• Work closely with clients to integrate AI tools into their workflows and ensure adoption success.
• Design and deliver training programs through our LMS, collaborating closely with the L&D team to ensure learning initiatives are engaging, scalable, and aligned with both client and internal needs.
• Partner with internal operations and support teams to identify areas for AI-driven workflow enhancements and facilitate internal adoption.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their relevance for both client operations and internal processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing innovation roadmap by identifying scalable AI opportunities across the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in AI tool selection, implementation, and enablement—ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or staffing environments.
• Strong understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) principles and experience working with LMS platforms to deliver effective training.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex tools and concepts in simple terms to a range of stakeholders.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally across departments to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Parloa, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning content development.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements.

• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
