About the client We are a SaaS (Software as a service) and consulting company that has been in business for over 20 years,
and we are looking for talented .NET developers to work with our clients. As a developer working with
us and our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our customers’
applications. Effective communication skills in English are a must-have for this role.
As a Mid-Level / Senior-Level .NET Developer, you will work closely with our client to ensure the smooth operation, continuous improvement, and support of their application. In addition to core .NET skills, we highly value candidates with expertise in containerization, microservices, databases, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate closely with the client's development and IT teams to understand the application's
architecture and business goals.
- Provide expert technical support for the existing .NET Microsoft Stack-based application, ensuring its
stability and performance.
- Ability to work independently and using client infrastructure e.g., Jira and Azure Dev Ops
- Participate in feature enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations, adhering to best coding practices.
- Respond to and resolve support and development tickets assigned to them with clear communication, documentation and resolution descriptions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews with peers.
- Assist in planning and executing software testing, including unit and integration testing.
- Work within a distributed microservices environment and demonstrate familiarity with containerization (Docker).
- Apply knowledge of service buses and publish/subscription patterns to improve application functionality.
- Navigate and understand SQL databases and document-based databases.
- Participate in customer discussions related to support, defects, and feature requests coming from the client user base.
QUALIFICATIONS - Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, API, databases, and system design.
- Proven experience as a .NET Microsoft Stack Developer, preferably at a mid-level & senior level.
- 3-5 years’ experience in developing applications using .NET.
- An understanding of applications developed for Azure using a microservice architecture
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# .NET 3.1 Core or above.
- Strong MS SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
- Experience with Angular and other popular JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with service buses and publish/subscription patterns.
- Effective English communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Experience and understanding of Azure Dev Ops
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Ideally, have familiarity with SERVICE NOW, JIRA.
- An understanding of Document or NOSQL databases (Nice to have)
- Experience with React (Nice to have)
- 1 slot for Mid-Level and 3 slot for Senior-Level roles available.
SCHEDULE - Tue to Sat, 12am to 9am PH Time
LOCATION - Homebased; equipment is provided
