• They will be developing course content with assistance from ChatGPT following a process that I will teach them, there are a lot of varied topics but we will probably start with easier ones like business, project management, etc. Content will include assessments, assessor guides, learner guides, powerpoint presentations, session plans and sample forms and templates.
• All of the above will be created into Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt) templates that I will provide. I need excellent attention to detail to exactly match our formatting and branding. High quality presentation and consistency of these documents is very important to me.
• They will have access to our iStockPhoto account for images, they will need to be able to select relevant images to be used in the resources.
• They will be using the above learner guides to create eLearning modules using Articulate Rise (and Storyline for some if they have those skills). This will also use existing templates that we have from previous courses. Some graphic design skills will be needed for this. I would also like to include elements using Synthesia, FlipBooks and other online tools where possible.
• They will be setting up the courses and resources in our LMS (aXcelerate) once everything is developed and approved. We may also have future course development projects for non-accredited short eLearning in Employment Hero for our staff professional development and TalentLMS for our non-profit business.
• I would like the two instructional designers to be able to work together on every project, double-checking each others work for quality assurance and helping each other to get the best results. For this reason, I do not mind if they have different skill sets so long as together they are able to do complete the tasks.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (Hybrid)

• Candidates are required to report in our physical office at least 10X per month
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates should have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS (both download and upload speed)
• Eastwood, Libis / Alabang, Muntinlupa / Pampanga / Cebu
