This ensures the smooth operation of a referral program, from its design and promotion to monitoring its success and iterating based on feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Program Development and Design: Develop, design, and refine referral program structures, rules, and incentives that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Promotion: Promote the referral program to potential referrers, ensuring they understand how the program works, the benefits, and the guidelines.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of the referral program, including metrics like the number of referrals received, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness. They then report these metrics to higher management or relevant stakeholders.
  • Reward Distribution: Manage the distribution of rewards or incentives to those who make successful referrals. This could involve coordinating with finance or other departments, depending on the nature of the reward.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and HR, to ensure the referral program aligns with wider company objectives and strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the program, ensuring it remains attractive and effective.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or disputes that arise in connection with the referral program, such as disagreements about reward eligibility or referral qualifications.
  • Technology Management: If the referral program uses specific software or platforms, the coordinator may be responsible for managing these tools, including ensuring they function correctly and liaising with IT or vendors as necessary.
  • Budgeting: Depending on the organization, the coordinator might also be responsible for budgeting related to the referral program, ensuring that the costs associated with rewards and promotions don't exceed allocated funds.
  • Training: Provide training or resources to potential referrers, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and knowledge to participate effectively.
Qualifications  
  • Must have 3-5 years experience 
 
Work Schedule:
Candidates must be willing to work in flexible schedule, initial schedule is 9AM - 6PM Manila Time

Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid Arrangement, Willing to work in Eastwood Quezon City office at least 3x a week
  • Must have a strong internet connection with minimum of 25 mbps- equipment provided; preferably within a 15km radius near Eastwood office.
