Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team at Outsourced Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for Contact Center positions within the company, as well as leading the team of recruiters in hiring for similar roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of skilled professionals to meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  2. Contact Center Recruitment: Specialize in hiring for various Customer service positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet business objectives.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to job offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry networking.
  5. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading a recruitment team, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Solid background in contact center recruitment, with a deep understanding of industry requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Has experience in using HubSpot and JobAdder (advantageous)
  • Preferably lives near the Eastwood office
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday; Mid-shift (may change whenever needed)
Work location:
  • Hired staff are expected to report in the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
