Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: - Research and compile a targeted list of potential contacts utilizing various sources including LinkedIn, databases, and industry directories, utilizing both free and paid options.
- Utilize web scraping tools and data cleaning techniques to clean and organize data, ensuring accuracy and relevance for outreach efforts.
- Identify and acquire relevant lists for targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging market research and industry insight
Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to support prospecting activities, providing qualified leads and supporting materials to facilitate outreach efforts.
- Manage and execute prospecting and internal email campaigns in coordination with SEO strategies, nurturing leads through the sales funnel and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics on email campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize lead generation strategies and drive results.
Leads Pipeline Management: - Maintain and update leads pipeline using CRM software, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and prioritized for outreach, facilitating seamless communication and efficient workflow management.
Campaign Coordination: - Collaborate closely with SEO specialists to coordinate and execute email outreach campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Manage internal promotions for existing members and broader outreach initiatives, driving engagement and conversions through targeted messaging and creative campaigns.
- Implement and leverage reporting and analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed, continuously optimizing performance and driving ROI
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of successful outreach and conversion.
- Strong proficiency in data mining techniques and tools for sourcing and organizing data, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities and challenges
