SEO & Marketing Manager (Hybrid - Eastwood)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

SEO Management:
• Execute a comprehensive range of marketing activities, including Instagram Ads and Google SEO strategies, to enhance brand visibility and drive website traffic.
• Implement industry-best SEO practices to improve search engine rankings for relevant keywords and foster organic growth.
• Maintain a consistent online presence across platforms such as Crunchbase and LinkedIn to augment brand visibility and credibility.

Social Advertising / Campaign Management:
• Oversee and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to effectively target audiences and drive conversions.
• Develop and promote content to amplify visibility and engagement and ensuring uniform messaging and branding across campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.

Marketing Strategy Development:
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and audience preferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Provide leadership and guidance on marketing initiatives to spur growth and achieve quantifiable outcomes


Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic and paid traffic.
• Extensive experience in executing social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong analytical acumen and familiarity with analytics tools to track and assess campaign performance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration across teams and effectively execute marketing initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under stringent deadlines.

Additional Information
Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila Time
Work Location: Eastwood (Hybrid) - 10 times a month onsite
