Client is a leading technology firm specializing in providing cutting-edge IT solutions and services. Our mission is to empower businesses through innovative technology, ensuring operational excellence and security. As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our team in the Philippines.

Role Summary:
The Senior NOC Engineer will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our services. This position involves a deep understanding of networking, virtualization, server infrastructure, and security principles. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, capable of multitasking, and a team player with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance, ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including those related to VPNs, firewalls, and other security appliances.
  • Manage and configure network monitoring tools to preemptively identify and address potential issues.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization environments, and cloud services.
  • Implement and manage security solutions, including firewall configurations, VPN setups, and endpoint security with Sentinel One.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Develop and maintain operational, configuration, and other procedural documentation.
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to NOC team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency response.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NOC or systems administrator role with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS).
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and server infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall management, VPN configurations, and endpoint security solutions like Sentinel One.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience with network hardware such as barracuda, Meraki, aruba, unifi, and watchguard.


Must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week
Must be willing to work 8pm - 5am Manila Time
Must be willing to work on extended hours if necessary
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule if necessary
