Qualifications
  • Experience in preparing or working on ESD reports for Victorian councils – This includes Sustainable Design Assessment (SDA), Sustainable Management Plans (SMP) and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) / Stormwater management reports.
  • Proficient and experienced in the use of WSUD compliance tools accepted in Victoria such as STORM (free online tool from Melbourne Water) and InSite Water (free online tool as well).
  • Proficient and experienced in using the BESS (Built Environment Sustainability Scorecard) tool – This is the main ESD compliance tool used in Victoria.
  • Read and interpret building drawing sets and specification documents
  • Experience in preparing energy rating models using FirstRate5 and/or Hero
  • Experience in preparing Waste Management Plan (WMP) for planning application.
  • Experience with Section J assessment for building permit.
  • Experience with Daylight modelling.
  • Experience with eWater MUSIC software.
  • Experience with IES VE software.
Work Schedule (Dayshift - AU Client)
  • Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH)
  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
  • Candidates are required to have a stable and reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS (both download and upload speed)
