Job Description
We’re looking for a candidate with an excellent knowledge in Shopify to join out team!
Your role will be split between assisting new customers who are using the platform for the first time, and support existing customers.
You will guide new customers who are using the platform to build their new website- assisting in all aspects of the process from helping to create delivery rates to customising their website theme.
You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers and, where possible, upselling additional services offered by the Company.
When supporting existing customers, you’ll respond to questions about existing functionality, assist customers to use new functionality and also help to diagnose problems and report potential bugs.
Essential skills and experience:
- - Strong knowledge of an ecommerce platform, preferably Shopify.
- - High proficiency in computers
- - Strong knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS
- - Excellent spoken and written English
- - Strong communication skills
- - Excellent problem solving skills
- - Good mathematical ability
- - Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- - At least 3 years in a customer service / sales role
- - Flexible approach to working hours as customer needs change
Work set up: Hybrid (10x a month in the office)
