The Client
We're a leading player in the real estate sector, specializing in innovative software solutions. With four operational software products, we're dedicated to enhancing the real estate experience through technology. As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we're seeking talented Full-stack Developers to join our dynamic team.
 
The Role
 
As a Full-stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and improving our suite of software products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll implement new features, optimize existing functionalities, and ensure seamless integration across systems. Your expertise in back-end and front-end development, proficiency in LAMP stack, Vue.js, and containerized hosting, will drive our products to new heights.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop robust back-end solutions using LAMP stack.
• Design intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js.
• Utilize containerized hosting for effective application deployment.
• Collaborate on API integration for serving and consuming APIs.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues for timely resolution.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in Full-stack Development, minimum of 5 years.
• Proficiency in LAMP stack and Vue.js.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Real estate sector experience is a plus.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Team leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience in real estate and finance sectors (ideal).

 Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

 Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (Open to Eastwood, Alabang, Clark and Cebu)
