The company automates complex tasks using Generative AI, helping businesses free their skilled employees from tedious work. And, we’re hiring! We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI development, providing professional services and developing bespoke solutions that unlock value for our diverse range of clients.
In this role you’ll be supporting our internal team and working directly with customers to research, develop and deploy a range of software and AI solutions. You’ll be part of a team that contains AI PhD expertise and supported by experienced software engineers.
This is an awesome opportunity to step into a role where you will be hands-on coding, but also interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Working with the team to build customer-specific AI solutions and extending the platform where required.
- Working with cutting edge generative AI technologies, carrying out Proof of Concepts to explore and test new technologies, and helping to evaluate new AI technology alternatives and vendor products / services.
- Helping the team to determine technical requirements, carry out estimation, and carry out technical conversations. If you’ve never worked directly with customers before - that’s ok! We’ll support you and provide you with the necessary training.
- Creating and contributing to technical design discussions and strategies.
- The pre-sales process by supporting our sales team when having technical conversations with customers.
- Providing feedback, advice and recommendations on our codebase, development and QA practices and technology choices.
- Working with the team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues.
Qualification - Programming & UX - experience in at least two modern programming languages and at least one web development framework / technology:
- Experience in: .NET (c#) and Javascript / Typescript. Python experience,
- Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and technologies such as Next.js, React etc.
- Cloud - experience in deploying, maintaining and securing applications in at least one of the main cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and Google).
