As a Junior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of Company's software releases by executing manual test cases in TestRail, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the QA and development teams. This entry-level position offers opportunities for career growth, including learning automation and advanced testing skills, with direct mentorship from experienced team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute manual test cases daily using TestRail, prioritizing regression testing on supported browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
  • Report bugs in Jira with detailed information, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, or videos.
  • Collaborate with QA Team Lead and other QA team members to support testing of new features and regression.
  • Assist with revising and maintaining test cases in TestRail as needed.
  • Pair test with senior QA team members and participate in additional projects as confidence and skills grow.
  • Communicate effectively using Slack and other company tools to provide updates and report issues.
  • Stay updated on software testing best practices and participate in learning and development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with TestRail and Jira or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the QA field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve testing processes.
  • Take on other tasks as the company’s needs evolve.



Work set-up: Homebased (equipment provided)
Work schedule: Tues - Sat 6am - 3pm Manila Time
