Job Description

We are on the hunt for a personable, organised and motivated Junior Digital. We are on the hunt for a personable, organised and motivated Junior Digital Account Manager who thrives off working in a fast-paced, agile and rapidly growing environment. In addition to supporting our clients, you will work collaboratively with our other teams spanning sales, content removal, technology and finance. Our team love helping our clients solve their very real digital reputation problems -come join us and make your mark!

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients, providing support through emails and phone calls
  • Managing the onboarding of new client
  • Collaborating with team members regarding status information relating to your clients’ projects
 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
 
  • Proficient with Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Great Customer Service Experience
    A driven, self-motivated and positive personality
  • The ability to consistently meet and exceed set targets
  • A highly organised mindset and the ability to manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • A solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the company
  • It will be highly regarded if you have an understanding of the digital space, Google products including online reviews, and SaaS products

Work Schedule
Monday To Friday, 7AM - 4PM for 2-4 weeks training then will transition to 9PM -6AM, M-F Manila Time
