Job Overview: The Recruitment Delivery Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of recruitment projects across a large team of recruiters. With 16 recruiters managing 10-20 staffing requirements each, the Recruitment Delivery Project Manager will leverage project management methodologies to track, prioritize, and ensure the timely completion of over 100+ active tasks. This role is essential to managing workflows efficiently and ensuring that recruitment tasks are delivered on time to meet KPIs and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Management Oversight: Utilize project management tools (e.g., agile boards) to track and manage recruiter activity, deadlines, and task prioritization across multiple recruitment projects.
- Task Prioritization: Implement a structured tracking system where each staffing requirement is treated as a project, ensuring clear visibility into what’s due, what’s in progress, and what requires priority.
- KPI and Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to fill, candidate pipeline activity, and task completion rates, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Issue Resolution: Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in the recruitment process and work with recruiters to resolve issues, ensuring all tasks remain on track.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular progress reports, providing insights into project delivery performance, task completion rates, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency in task delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Support recruiters by ensuring they have the resources and structure needed to deliver successful recruitment projects.
Key Qualifications: - Experience: Strong experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. No recruitment industry experience is required, but familiarity with managing high-volume tasks is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Expertise in using project management tools (e.g., agile, Kanban, or similar) to track and manage tasks and timelines.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage large volumes of tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively address challenges and ensure project deadlines are met.
