Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Social Media Management
● Design and create engaging content using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other tools for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
● Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling.
● Monitor and engage with followers to build a strong online community and address inquiries in a timely manner.
● Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and optimize engagement strategies.

Customer Engagement and Sales Support
● Assist with sales inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
● Provide personalized responses to customer questions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
● Manage and prioritize WhatsApp customer chats, ensuring timely and professional communication.
● Handle day-to-day customer engagement tasks, including processing information requests and troubleshooting basic issues.

Market Analysis and Sales Improvement
● Conduct research on the Australian telco market, including competitor analysis, emerging trends, and customer preferences.
● Identify opportunities to improve sales and enhance company offerings.
● Provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams based on research findings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

● Experience: 2-5 years in social media management, content creation, or a related role, with a passion for learning and development.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other content creation tools.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer Engagement: Experience in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service across multiple channels, including WhatsApp.
● Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian telco industry is a strong advantage.

Working hours
  • Scheduled hours will be 9am-6pm (Manila Time)
