Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Ensure efficient and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
- API Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and internal services to enhance the functionality of applications.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that improve the user experience and meet business requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly to maintain optimal application performance and reliability.
- Code Quality and Reviews: Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, readable, and maintainable code. Provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and agile ceremonies. Foster an environment of knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date technical documentation to aid in future development and training.
Must-Have Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in React.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js.
- API Integration: Strong experience in building and integrating APIs for seamless application performance.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with a creative mindset.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, with strong communication skills to support cross-functional interaction.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Testing Frameworks: Experience with tools and frameworks that support automated and manual testing to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, which may include services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Progressive Web Applications (PWAs): Experience with service workers and push notifications to create highly responsive PWAs.
- DevOps & Security: Basic understanding of DevOps practices and ensuring security standards are met throughout the development process.
- UI/UX Design: Awareness of UI/UX design principles to contribute effectively to user-centric development efforts.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and adapting to iterative development processes.
