About the Client (AU)

Continuously working with some of Melbourne’s most experienced Mechanical Contractors, MEC delivers an exceptional high level of service and quality. Our work ranges from single item installations, through to million dollar contracts throughout Melbourne’s CBD and surrounding suburbs.
 
Qualifications and Job Description
  • AutoCAD Drafting (Electrical, Schematics, etc.)
  • Preparing schedules (MSSB loading schedules, Circuit breaker number schedules etc)
  • Reading & reviewing specifications, drawings etc.
  • Provide installation guidelines for specific project requirements.
  • Provide cable size/Voltage drop calculations for the selection of the correct cable to be installed.
  • Preparation of electrical drafting and shop drawings.
  • Create and update site files and documents to be used onsite by the onsite team.
  • Preparation of plan drawings for cable tray/switchboard installations.
  • Preparation of discrimination studies (D4D / PowerCad / TemCurve)
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Preparation of commissioning documents such as Installation Test Check Sheets (ITC) and Installation test programming (Metrel ES Manager Software)
  • Create and implement ITPs (Commissioning plans)
  • General administration tasks such as but not limited to entering data into SimPro and other requirements as directed by management.
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
  • Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM; Manila Time
Work setup (WFH)
  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
  • Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with AT LEAST 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.
