Key job responsibilities
  • Development of data collection processes and data management systems
  • Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
  • Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in Looker and Excel / Google Sheet
  • Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
  • In depth research of software development and defect / issue trends
  • Use data to create insights which include detailed product development analysis, outlining segments and patterns, which may lead to improvement opportunities.
  • Turning data into actionable insights that will inform software development and operations.
  • Take a proactive approach to defining new metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Required skill and experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with building reports in Looker/Tableau/ BI tools.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Fully remote contracted position.
  • Time Commitment: Availability for at least 3-4 hours of daily overlap with US teams (PST) for effective coordination and interaction.
  • 1 year of experience in developing dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, EazyBI.
  • Experience in Python (nice to have)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field required.


Must be willing to work Tues- Sat (12midnight – 9am Manila Time)
Must be comfortable working homebased
Must have reliable internet connection at home
