About the client (AU) A dynamic and client-focused mortgage brokerage committed to helping individuals and businesses secure the best lending solutions. We specialize in handling complex loan structures, including construction loans, trust accounts, multiple income streams, company structures, and self-employed financials. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, innovative lending solutions, and seamless loan processing experiences. We are looking for a Broker Assistant to support our brokers with loan processing, client management, and lender communications. Key Responsibilities Client and Lead Management: - Make lead calls to potential clients and schedule appointments for brokers.
- Follow up with clients referred by brokers, request necessary documents, and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain excellent client communication, ensuring responses are provided within 24
hours of the initial assessment.
Loan Assessment & Submission: - Conduct full loan assessments independently, including servicing calculations, researching lender policies, and negotiating with BDMs and credit assessors.
- Prepare and submit preliminary loan assessments, ensuring completeness and compliance with lender requirements.
- Handle credit-related MIRs (Missing Information Requests) and address queries with the loan processing team.
- Track and manage the loan assessment process, ensuring smooth progression from application submission to settlement.
- Monitor and optimize the assessment-to-approval conversion rate by ensuring high-quality submissions.
Lender & Broker Support: - Engage proactively with BDMs to discuss scenarios and loan structuring strategies.
- Keep up with policy changes and lender updates to provide accurate recommendations.
- Ensure all loan applications meet required compliance and documentation standards.
Continuous Learning & Development: - Stay up to date with industry trends, lender policies, and best practices.
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and lender workshops to enhance knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Take initiative in learning new software or tools that can improve loan processing efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience - Proven experience in mortgage broking (REQUIRED), loan processing, or a similarfinancial services role.
- Appointment Setting
- Strong knowledge of complex loan structures, including construction loans, company structures, trust accounts, and self-employed financials.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and BAS statements for loan assessment purposes.
- Experience using mortgage/lending CRM systems and loan submission platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders.
- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to negotiate and liaise with credit teams.
Work Schedule (Day shift) - Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM; Manila Time - Flexible)
Work Setup (WFH) - Permanent Homebased
- Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
- Candidates are expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed
