Job Overview:  
The company is looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills to join our Technical Support Team. The Technical Support Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support for the company's Cloud via phone (inbound and outbound) to our customers through remote computer log-ins. This individual will ensure our customers are serviced beyond their expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate via phone and remote computer logins and demonstrate success handling customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for the company's Cloud to existing and new accounts, troubleshooting technical issues through phone and remote computer log-ins.
  • Install, configure, and provide support for dental imaging devices (i.e. Drivers for Intraoral cameras, x-ray sensors, imaging software, and more).
  • Explain solutions step by step, patiently, and provide valuable support for computer users from different work environments.
  • Log and keep records of customer calls (Salesforce / Zendesk).
  • Analyze call logs so common trends can be spotted to help fix underlying problems.

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri (11pm-8am Manila Time)
Must be willing to work in Alabang/Eastwood (pls choose)
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule if necessary
