Use augmented AI extraction tools to identify and extract financial data from commercial property balance sheets and loan filings. Guide the AI extraction process, approve outputs, and manage workflow tasks to ensure data integrity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee augmented AI extraction processes for balance sheets and loan documents
  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs, correcting inaccuracies as needed
  • Maintain and approve final data in a structured workflow platform
  • Communicate discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with data security protocols
 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with AI-driven data extraction or related workflow tools
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, particularly balance sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills
 
Other Details:
  • Full-time role, aligned with Philippines business hours
  • Training on Client’s AI extraction tools and workflow processes will be provided
 
Working hours
 
Preferred to work 8AM-5PM Philippine Time.
