Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tenancy application process from offer acceptance to move-in
  • Provide comprehensive support to prospective tenants throughout the application and onboarding process, utilizing various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat.
  • Collect and verify required tenant documentation such as proof of identity, employment, and income
  • Coordinate with the referencing agency to complete tenant background and credit checks
  • Liaise with the property management team to schedule move-in appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of the tenancy progression workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to tenant inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation and internal policies
  • Provide additional support to the team by completing various tasks as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency and success.
  
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the property/real estate industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with prospective tenants
  • Good understanding of tenancy laws and application processes
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  
Additional Information
  • M to F, 4pm to 1am / 5pm to 2am Manila time
  • Permanent Homebased
