Job Description:

• Do weekly audits on outstanding Pcards against current termination report
• Do weekly audits of outstanding Pcard transactions and communicate to users timely processing of transactions
• Run reports and prepare month end journal entries related to PCards and Travel, including accruals, reclasses, and allocations
• Run reports and prepare month end account reconciliations of accounts assigned
• Review and reconcile open Purchase Orders in relation to AP invoice processing
• Research old open Purchase Orders to determine and recommend if they should be closed
• Review new vendor setup requests and approve setup as needed
• Ability to work with multiple departments (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Finance)
• Track and assist in regulatory compliance, including US GAAP and IFRS regulations
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Maintains Accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and
• procedures
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls and policies
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
• Maintains customer and management confidence by keeping financial information confidential
• Assist in internal and external audit process
• Assist with external reporting including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and yearly packages
• Ad hoc analysis and project work as directed by Management
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing additional tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business degree are all a plus
• Demonstrable basic understanding of, and ability to apply US GAAP
• Strong analytical skills and a strong sense or curiosity
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills

ERP/Accounting systems familiar with are a plus:
 Coupa
 Ramp
 NetSuite
 CloudExtend

• Home based set up
• Monday - Friday, 11PM to 8AM Manila time
