About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in project planning, cost estimation, and design drafting. You'll collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely quotes and designs for a range of electrical, solar, and air conditioning projects.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate project estimates, costings, and take-offs for electrical, air conditioning, and solar installations.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and designs using AutoCAD for both residential and commercial projects.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to support accurate quoting and design.
• Assist with layout and design of ground plans where required (preferred).
• Work closely with the project and operations teams to manage design documentation from concept to construction.
• Maintain and update project data and estimates in Simpro (preferred).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Attributes and Requirements:

• Proven experience (at least 3-7 years) in estimation and take-offs, preferably within the electrical or HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drafting.
• Experience with ground plans and layout design (preferred).
• Experience with Simpro or similar job management software (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM; Manila Time

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
