What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the Voice of the Company: Answering phone calls and emails, resolving customer needs quickly and accurately.
• Order Processing: Handling orders from multiple channels, enhancing their value, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Quoting and Enquiries: Sourcing products, providing quotes, and following up with customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolving any issues with orders and deliveries to keep our customers happy.
• Outbound Calls: Checking in with customers to ensure their satisfaction and capturing new leads.
• Team Support: Assisting with sales support tasks and sharing your knowledge with the team.
