Experience Required:
· Minimum 3–5 years in an Australian mortgage support role
· Strong understanding of end-to-end loan processing
· Experience using platforms like ApplyOnline, Salestrekker, Mercury etc.
Type of Person:
· Bulletproof under pressure — thrives in a fast, high-volume environment
· Detail-oriented but efficient — knows what matters and what’s fluff
· Proactive communicator with brokers and other team members
· Can spot red flags in deals and raise them early
· Tech-savvy and knows how to chase banks without being babysat
Workload:
· Handle 6–10 deals at any given time
· Full doc packaging, document collection, compliance check
· Communicate with clients, lenders, and brokers
· Chase approvals, manage conditions, and prep for settlement
· Work directly with Team Leader and assigned broker(s)
