We’re looking for a proactive and creative
Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team with day-to-day content tasks, presentations, and website updates. This is an entry to mid-level role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an eye for design—no need to be a specialist.

You’ll be working on-site in either our Manila offices or Pampanga or Cebu office, collaborating with a high-performing team and engaging with sophisticated international clients. Qualifications: - Assist in creating visually engaging sales and onboarding presentations
- Update brochures and listing documents regularly (every 1 to 3 months)
- Format training manuals and other marketing collateral
- Write and edit light marketing copy for brochures, presentations, and web content
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand tone and style
- Support in organizing content to be visually friendly and easy to understand
- Assist in updating content on the company website and landing pages
- Work with the graphic design and web team to ensure content is accurately reflected online
- Maintain up-to-date listings and product/service information on digital platforms
- Work with the sales team to ensure presentations and materials are ready as needed
- Prepare and update templates, letterheads, signatures, and other branded stationery as required
- Create material for corporate events, webinars
- Create promotional material such as SM posts, event invitations, remarketing tiles and banner ads
Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation tools
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, design, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Prior experience in marketing or admin support is a plus but not required
- Must be highly creative
- Prior experience uploading/removing articles/content on website
Additional Information - M to F, 3pm to 12am PH Time
