Your job is to work with our clients as and when required predominantly within the area of business intelligence and activity-based costing. It will be your job to bring data to life for our clients, utilising your dashboarding, data modelling and data analysis skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Business Intelligence - develop data models and dashboards that will deliver key insights to clients regarding their organisation's performance.
- Activity Based Costing - advising clients on best practice costing and providing activity-based costing services.
- Project management and assistance - manage and/or assist in managing internal and external projects. These projects could be product installation projects or internal product development projects, that will predominantly be run using an AGILE methodology.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Deliver high levels of customer service so clients have positive experiences with our company and our products.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - Ensure that your skills continue to grow. If you need training in a particular technique or technology then bring this up with your Manager.
- Share the knowledge and skills you have developed with other members within the company.
COMMUNICATION - Ensure open and pro-active communication within the company by contributing to meetings, workshops, etc.
- Ensure the project manager and/or manager understands your progress against assigned tasks for the projects/assignments you are working on and is notified of any potential problems that may delay progress.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS - To be a positive, willing, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times.
- To familiarise themselves and understand the policies and procedures of the CBS Quality Management System.
- Complete timesheets as required (on a daily basis).
- Travel to client premises to conduct work on-site for Clients as required. This may involve travel overseas as well as internally within New Zealand.
- Complete other work as requested by the General Manager.
EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - A relevant tertiary qualification with a significant business, statistics, information technology or health management component.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence tools and the techniques used in analysing and presenting information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good Microsoft SQL skills
- Experience with activity-based costing
- Project management skills particularly demonstrated exposure to AGILE project methodologies.
Work Location - Hybrid Set-up (18th Floor, Citibank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City 1110, Metro Manila, Philippines)
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
