Job Overview: You will have an impact on be the front line of client communication, providing best advice and promoting the benefits of client's range of products in line with agreed parameters; probing to understand the potential client’s requirements, skilfully handling objections, and finally worker onboarding. Therefore, your ultimate objective is to onboard new clients from a mixture of inbound enquiries and agency referrals. The desired outcome is to maximise revenue contribution by providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
Responsibilities: - Promoting the benefits of the client's global solutions to prospective leads, both contractors and clients Meeting all KPIs in terms of conversion rates, activity and completed registrations
- Ensuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislations
- Staying up to date with the latest legislation changes across the countries we offer solutions in
- Liaising with colleagues, management, internal department, external employment agencies and/or hirers on the client’s behalf to resolve queries
- Objection Handling – respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at all stages
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Go the “extra mile” by providing a great service on the products we offer
- Handling enquiries via incoming calls, outbound calls, updating client accounts and dealing with correspondence
- Assisting with all activities as required to help with the efficient running of client's Global payroll
Qualifications: - At least 5+ years of proven experience in global customer service and global onboarding role
- A basic understanding of tax in different countries/regions/jurisdictions will be required.
- Can demonstrate a consultative approach in explaining how client's products can meet potential new client’s requirements, highlighting the benefits and explaining the product features as compared with competitor offerings and completing outstanding enquiries in a timely manner

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 4pm - 1am Manila Time
Work Setup: Home-based (Must be residing within Metro Manila)
