About the role:
As the Receptionist/Help Desk team member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our guards and personnel by responding to their day-to-day queries. From booking holiday requests to providing timely updates, your support ensures our teams feel heard and valued.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guards and on-site personnel reaching out to the Connect Team.
  • Respond to routine queries such as holiday bookings, schedule questions, and general inquiries.
  • Provide immediate support or advise personnel when a follow-up from the morning team is needed.
  • Log and track interactions to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using email, phone systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internal booking systems).
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, help desk, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
 
Work Location
  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
