This role is critical in supporting our sales function by ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate CRM data, assisting with client communication, and helping drive pipeline growth through research and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management - Accurately input customer orders into ERP/CRM systems
- Track shipments and proactively manage delivery timelines
- Handle and prioritize rush orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Maintain and update client records and account information
- Log all customer interactions and activities
- Ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy for the sales team
Customer Service & Support - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
- Process refunds, complaints, and service requests as needed
Sales Support & Documentation - Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and contracts
- Assist sales executives with administrative and client-facing materials
Lead Generation & Research - Identify and research potential clients through online tools, social media, and databases
- Support pipeline growth by building targeted prospect lists
Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaise between sales, logistics, finance, and production teams
- Ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment across departments
Administrative Support - Schedule meetings and manage calendars for sales staff
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and files
