The challenge

INN sought to recruit more Content Publishers and Publishing Specialists and expand its publishing efforts during the pandemic. However, sourcing local candidates was costly and time-consuming, and even when they managed to hire staff, retaining them was a challenge.

That occurred while turnover and recruitment rates hit record highs in North America. Business confidence dropped significantly, and competition for talent was fierce.

The solution
