Referral Program Mechanics

  1. The referral program is open to all Outsourced employees except those who are part of the Recruitment Department.
  2. 50% of the CASH reward shall be released after 1 month from referral's start date. (Payout shall be released after 2 weeks from the staff's 1 month with the company.)
  3. The remaining 50% of cash reward shall be provided if the referral completed the probationary / assessment period. This is applicable for candidates who sign the contract starting November 1. (Payout shall be released 2 weeks from the referral's successful probationary period with the company.)
  4. There is no restriction on the number of referrals from an employee.
  5. The referrer must not be a part of the interviewing panel/committee.
  6. Qualified candidates are selected based on the merits and without prejudice and bias.
  7. Referred candidate must provide valid reference contact persons including the referrer.
  8. All communications with the referral candidate shall be undertaken by the Recruitment Team only upon submission via Staffing Referrals.
  9. Favors/pressures will not be entertained from referral at any point in time.
  10. If two employees refer the same candidate, only the first employee to refer the candidate will be eligible for the reward.
  11. In the event of any dispute, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
  12. A referral is invalid if he/she is a former Outsourced employee who has resigned in less than one year from the referral date.
  13. A referral is invalid if he/she has an on-going application or an existing candidate from the talent pool database at the time the referral is made.
  14. A referral is invalid if he/she has deferred his/her application within the past six months at the time the referral is made.
  15. A referral is invalid if he/she is a previous Outsourced employee and was terminated due to performance issues.

Do not forget, you can earn as much as Php 15,000** cash when you refer for the positions specified on the latest email from recruitment.
