Referral Program Mechanics

Program Overview

The Outsourced Referral Program is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. Successful referrals can earn a cash reward, subject to the guidelines below.


  1. Eligibility

    • Open to all Outsourced employees except those in the Recruitment Department.
    • Referrers must not be involved in the interview process or panel for the referred candidate.
  2. Referral Rewards

    • ₱5,000 – Contact Center & Admin roles
    • ₱10,000 – Finance & Professional roles
    • ₱15,000 – IT roles

    Payout Schedule:

    • 50% of the reward will be released two weeks after the referral completes one month of employment with the company.
    • The remaining 50% will be released two weeks after the referral successfully completes their probationary period.
  3. Submission Process

    • Referrals must be submitted via Pulse
    • The referred candidate must list the referring employee as a valid reference.
    • All communications with referrals will be handled solely by the Recruitment Team.
  4. Conditions & Guidelines

    • No limit on the number of referrals an employee can make.
    • Referrals must be made before the candidate applies independently or is sourced by the Recruitment Team.
    • First-come, first-credited: In case of duplicate referrals, only the first referrer will be eligible.
    • Candidates must be selected based on merit, free from bias or influence.
    • Referrers must not exert pressure or request favors regarding their referral.
  5. Invalid Referrals

    Referrals are not eligible if the candidate:

    • Is a former Outsourced employee who resigned within the past year
    • Has an ongoing or recent (within 6 months) application in the system
    • Was previously terminated due to performance issues
    • Defers their application within 3 months of the referral
  6. Extended Eligibility Rules

    Role-Specific Attribution

    • Referrals are tied to the original role submitted, but if the candidate is hired for a different but relevant role within 3 months, the reward still applies.

    Cross-Client Placement

    • If the candidate is referred for one client and hired by another (for a role requiring a similar skill set) within 3 months, the reward is still valid.

    Candidate Status Assignment

    • If not hired for the original role but under review for another, the candidate will be tagged as:  “Screening in Progress (New Role)” to ensure traceability.

    Single Submission Policy

    • Each candidate should only be referred once, even if considered for multiple roles.

    Exclusions

    • No commission if the candidate is hired after 3 months from referral.
    • No commission if the hire is for a role entirely unrelated to the original referral.
